Security Policy

*Security Deposit Policy* To maintain the quality of our property and cover any potential damages or additional cleaning costs, we have implemented a Security Deposit Policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the security deposit for your reservation.

*Security Deposit Amount* As part of your reservation, we require a security deposit of $100. This deposit serves as a precautionary measure and is fully refundable, subject to the terms of this policy.

*Due Date* The security deposit is due on the date of booking your reservation.

*Refund Process* Upon your departure and after a thorough inspection of the property, we will return the security deposit within 7 days if there are no issues or damages to the property. We will refund the deposit to the same method of payment you used.

*Deductions* In the event of any issues, damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements, we will notify you in writing, detailing the costs associated with these matters. The remaining balance of your security deposit will be returned after deducting these costs.

*Guest Responsibilities* To ensure the prompt return of your security deposit, we kindly request that you: - Treat the property with care and respect. - Report any damages or issues to the property management immediately. - Adhere to our house rules and guidelines, which can be found in the guest information provided upon check-in.

*Agreement* By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this Security Deposit Policy and understand that the security deposit is a precautionary measure to cover any unforeseen expenses.

Cancellation Policy


1. If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours after booking, the guest will receive a full refund of the reservation amount, excluding the service fee.
2. If the reservation is canceled more than 7 days prior to the reservation start date, the guest will receive a partial refund of 50% for each night of the stay, excluding the service fee.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the reservation start date.
4. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
5. SNS Rental Management does not cover cancellations resulting from illness or travel disruptions. We recommend considering travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
