Rules

**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**

Booking Information
★ Make sure to put in the exact guest count when booking your reservation
★ No additional guest(s) allowed outside of the specified guest count reserved for your booking: $100 fee for each additional guest per night if non-compliant
★ Early Check-in before 4pm: $100
★ Late check-out after 11:15am: $200 fee if non-compliant

House Rules
★ No shoes allowed on carpets
★ No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed inside the property: $300 fee if non-compliant
★ No events/parties allowed
★ No commercial photography and filming allowed
★ Excessive Cleaning (leaving the property a mess): $250 fee will apply
★ Follow check-out instructions located in the Kitchen before you leave

Special Rules
★ Pets are not allowed. However, we will reasonably accommodate service animals. Please contact us before booking if traveling with a service animal. $300 fee if non-compliant
★ Wednesday is Trash Day! For guests who are staying at the property during the week, specifically on Wednesday nights: Please be kind to push trash bins to the curb with the lid facing the street by Wednesday night.

NOTE: There will be no refunds for neglecting to read house rules & policies before booking.

★ All guests are required to follow all rules and policies requirements, which includes confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to your house rules.
